Overtime & Service Policy
Travel within the Phoenix metro area is included in standard pricing.
- Additional hourly rate
- $150.00–$200.00 / hour. Includes continuous barista service and unlimited pour-over coffee and tea within extended hours.
- Additional staffing
- $50.00 / hour per extra barista. Required for events exceeding 75+ guests or high-volume rush periods.
- On-site overtime authorization
- $225.00 / hour, subject to barista availability, payable prior to extended service.
- Early setup & standby / idle time
- 1-hour pre-event setup and 30-minute teardown are standard. Additional idle time billed at $75.00 per half-hour.
