Meet the Founder: Hassan Rasul

Coffee, for me, has always been more than just a drink—it’s a ritual that awakens the senses and brings people together. My name is Hassan Rasul, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the founder of SweetCulture Coffee. Nestled in the heart of downtown Phoenix, Arizona, I’ve spent years pursuing creative passions, both behind the camera as a photographer and now behind the craft of exceptional coffee.
Owning a photo studio has allowed me to celebrate the vibrant spirit of Phoenix and connect with the incredible community that calls this city home. Through countless photo sessions and creative collaborations, I’ve learned the value of fostering connection, creativity, and warmth in every interaction. That same spark inspired me to launch SweetCulture Coffee—a brand rooted in my lifelong love for specialty coffee and a desire to share it with the community around me.
Whether I’m exploring new perspectives through the lens or savoring the perfect pour-over, I find joy in the details. I’m especially passionate about cold brew coffee—its smooth, rich flavor and refreshing energy make it my go-to, especially during Arizona’s warm days. At SweetCulture, I’m excited to offer premium cold brew and Nitro cold brew in convenient 8oz cans, crafted to deliver true, bold flavor with every sip. For those who prefer to brew at home, I also offer single-origin whole beans from Ethiopia and Guatemala, chosen for their vibrant taste profiles and quality.
