Whole Bean Selection
Our coffee journey begins with two exceptional single-origin options:
• Ethiopian Whole Bean Coffee
Renowned for its bright, floral notes and vibrant citrus undertones, our Ethiopian beans are perfect for anyone who appreciates a lively, aromatic cup. These beans offer a complex flavor profile that shines whether brewed as a pour-over or French press.
• Guatemalan Whole Bean Coffee
Our Guatemalan beans bring a rich, chocolatey body with subtle hints of caramel and a smooth, balanced finish. This coffee is ideal for those who enjoy a bold yet approachable brew that works beautifully in drip, pour-over, or espresso methods.
Cold Brew Creations
We’re thrilled to partner with Roc2 Coffee, roasted locally at the Roastery of Cave Creek, to bring you two refreshing cold brew options in convenient 8oz cans:
• Classic Cold Brew
Smooth, naturally sweet, and delightfully refreshing—this cold brew is a treat on a hot Arizona day. Enjoy it straight from the can, or pour over ice for added chill.
• Nitro Cold Brew
Infused with nitrogen for a creamy, silky texture and a frothy finish, Nitro Cold Brew is an elevated coffee experience that’s best enjoyed poured hard into a glass to watch the cascading effect.
Brewing Tips
• Serving Cold Brew:
For optimal flavor, pour your cold brew (especially Nitro) directly into a chilled glass, holding the can high to encourage a frothy head and creamy texture.
• Brewing Whole Beans:
Use a burr grinder for a consistent medium grind. For pour-over, add 1g of coffee per 16g of water, pour slowly, and savor each step. For French press, use a coarse grind, steep for 4 minutes, and press gently for a full-bodied cup.
