- Return Window: You may return most unopened and unused coffee beans within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used coffee beans, as well as perishable or custom items, are not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
2. How to Initiate a Return
